I was a little leary about buying this phone after reading some of the reviews. I took the chance anyway knowing that Amazon is great at standing behind any product it sells. I recieved the phone in just two days, standard shipping, and within two minutes of opening the box my son was texting away. The phone looks and works like new.
We had no problems activating it. The battery that came with it was also new, as well as the charger. I am so pleased with the phone and the sellers, OEM and Amazon, that I just bought another identical phone for my daughter in college. She also loves the phone. An added plus with this phone is the great built in MP3 player that is compatiable with subscription servies such as Rhapsody. handphone
I had to contact the seller, OEM, and recieved fast,courtious service. I would never again sign a two year contract for a “free” phone when I can buy a great phone with no strings attached for Amazon. Couldn’t be happier.
